Our Story

The Laiza Story

Laiza began in Sagar, Karnataka — a small town, a bigger idea. We wanted to bring genuine, full-grain leather goods to people who had only ever been offered synthetic imitations dressed up as "premium."

The name Laiza carries our mark — the rising flame you see on every piece — a symbol of presence, quality, and quiet confidence. It's stamped by hand into every wallet that leaves our workshop.

Today, Laiza is launching its first collection: a line of wallets and card holders designed to be felt, used, and trusted for years — not seasons.

Yes. Every Laiza piece is made from 100% genuine full-grain leather, hand-cut and finished in small batches — no synthetic substitutes.

Yes, our card wallets and card holders include RFID-blocking layers to help protect your cards from contactless skimming.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India, shipped from our Sagar, Karnataka workshop.

COD availability depends on your pincode. WhatsApp us your delivery pincode and we'll confirm right away.

Keep it dry, avoid direct sunlight for long periods, and condition it occasionally with a leather balm. It will develop a rich patina with use.

Good to Know

Policies

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Eligible returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, with the product unused and in its original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — contact us with your order number to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return after delivery.

We collect only the details needed to process your order — name, address, contact number, and payment details. We never sell your personal information, and share it only with delivery and payment partners as needed to fulfil your order.

By ordering from LAIZA, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and agree to our order, pricing, and delivery terms. Product images are representative, and prices are listed in Indian Rupees and subject to change.

No payment gateway is connected yet — checkout runs on Cash on Delivery / WhatsApp confirmation. When you're ready to add Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, or similar, this is where the API keys would go.

Delivery Integration

iThink Logistics is connected — use "Ship via iThink Logistics" on an order to create the shipment, auto-pick the cheapest courier, and get the AWB. Pickup address ID and pincode are set below.

SEO Tools

Since this site is static (GitHub Pages / Vercel), the sitemap can't regenerate itself automatically. Download a fresh one anytime you add or remove products, then upload it to your site's root folder (replacing the old sitemap.xml).
